A gray scale postcard of The School Buildings, Greenport, LI. It was sent to Miss Oriette Corwin in Peconic on September 11, 1914 from Greenport. Written on back; " Arrived here alright. I like m boarding place and the girls too. But still I long to see some home folks. Tell E I had ---- the first night. I have marked the room by an x in which the training class is held. If you should come do and be sure and come see me. Sincerely E." If you look on the middle building on the front of the postcard you will see the X. |
